I am from Birmingham, Alabama in the United States. My daughter is 3 now and suddenly started having seizures when she was 20 months old. She had to have surgery also and was also eventually diagnosed with Cortical Dysplasia. It has been a long road and she is still in therapy but she is doing well for the most part. She has developmental delays and some physical disabilities but it would have been much worse if she hadn't had the surgery.
God Bless and I will continue to pray for Liza.
I would love to know her outcome.

Hello Lisa and her perents,

i am Berthold from Germany. i've been 2 years ago in Bielefeld and had a operation at the brain. My epileptic was not so difficult. But i can say that the doctors and the clinic personal are very good.

My epileptic is no more active and i'm very happy, that i gone this way.

Excuse my english. I'm 39 years old and this is my english from the school-time.

I hope the best for Lisa!

Berthold

Dear Dima,

I hope that you can remember me.
I'm Hisako, a friend of Jean-Fabien who lives in Germany.
I met you once in Moscow and we ate together with Jean-Fabien when I came for a concert.

I am so sorry for your daughter.
It is terrible... I saw a few month ago a boy(approx. 9 years old) in a train with permanent epileptic in his face.

I would like to help you.
Would it be OK if I transfer you some little amount to the bank account in Spain?

I wish you good luck for the operation and all the best for Liza.
Derzhites!!

Hisako
